User Research
Building products without understanding the exact need (from users) is like providing medicines without understanding the disease. It was exciting to meet the real users and target audience of Doubtnut.
As Doubtnut is growing exponentially, 90% of the users now come from Tier 2 or onwards, representing the real Bharat. Hence, it's important that we travel to deep within Bharat, to different locations, understand their needs and pain points in education and help them learn better and achieve their true destiny!
In the quest to democratize education, we went to Gazipur and nearby areas (India) to meet the students. It brought us various eye opening insights.
